A Brief Synopsis of Dinatec's History by Dr. Martin R. Moreira Jr., Ph.D., President

After years of intensive experience in research and development in the field of agricultural products and high technology feed additives it was decided in June of 1994 by Dr. Martin R. Moreira, founder/owner of Diversified Nutri-Agri Technologies Inc., better known as DINATEC to create a corporate structure geared towards breaching the gap between today's demanding agricultural farmer/producer and products and technologies developed through pure and practical research that would address developing needs to compete in an increasingly more global type of economy with a high degree of quality and excellence.

A demonstration of this commitment is made in the initial stage of DINATEC'S trajectory in which through very intensive work and dedication of all concerned staff, DINATEC has been able through the visionary leadership of Dr. Moreira to launch some very significant product technologies which are now made available through it's ever increasing network of highly qualified distributors to the end user.

The concept of integrating highly qualified research facilities and technicians coming from the private, public and university level educational sectors throughout the United States was developed and implemented to very aggressively "package" exciting and very leading edge cost effective technologies in a marketable form.

Once this packaged technology is made available we rely upon our very able and dedicated network of highly qualified and very select group of distributors to market it worldwide. This is why we at DINATEC realize that one of our most important assets is our fine distributor network and their ability to sell this technology to the end user through the ability to communicate it's technical advantages. We as DINATEC must be able to keep our distributors well informed on all our product lines and newly developed products. Extensive technical libraries have been designed to fulfill this purpose. One of DINATEC's middle term objectives is to make this technical information readily accessible to our distributors. In the near future we will be looking at the " INTERNET" as a means of diffusion of this vast amount of information. We will keep you abreast of these developments.

Dr. Moreira states that "DINATEC must be able to provide and support leading edge technology products to our distinguished clientele and make sure that the return on investment to the end user amply justifies the initial investment. As a company we must stay close to the market place through our distributor network and be able to understand the evolving needs of today's modern farmer in order to gear our investigative and research efforts to serve those specific needs This can only happen to the degree that we as a company can institute and maintain a high level relationship and understanding with our distributor family. We must also stay closely connected to the opportunities made available through the mainline research "think tanks" of the U.S. highest technological breakthroughs and use all our expertise to utilize these technologies to our customers advantage. In so doing we must never heed to the temptation to depart from the truth, for excellence, quality and efficacy can only be achieved when truth is the foundation."

In the months and years to come DINATEC will be bringing into the market place some very innovative and exciting technological and product breakthroughs. Products and technologies that will impact our lives for the better. We aspire to be able to share with our distributor network a very rapid paced growth and the goodwill that we are sure this will generate.
